We have partnered with Nexbillpay to extend an additional payment option for customers interested in using their check, debit card, or credit card to pay their bill. Nexbillpay is a trusted third-party automated payment service that allows you to pay your bill online.

  • What is the service fee?

Nexbillpay charges a small service fee to cover payment handling and all processing charges. A service fee will be calculated and disclosed prior to finishing your payment.

  • Does West Robertson Water Authority keep any part of the service fee?

West Robertson Water Authority does not keep any part of the Nexbillpay service fee. Nexbillpay is a separate entity providing a service for all the customers of West Robertson Water Authority.

ATTENTION: Effective September 13th, 2019, the West Robertson Water Authority will be launching an all-new online payment portal. All customers will be required to create a NEW online profile using the account number and present meter reading printed on your bill. This new self-service portal will allow you to:

— View your bill amount.
— View payment history.
— Make payments to your account.

IMPORTANT: Payments are due on the 10th of the month, the last day to pay with a penalty is the 16th. Cut-offs begin on the 17th. Please make online payments prior to the 16th of the month to avoid cut-off. If your service has been disconnected the balance and a reconnect fee must be paid before services will be reconnected. If online payment is made after disconnection, you must contact the office to inform us of your payment.
